Romanian Interpreter in Vienna for Conferences, European Works Councils, Study Visits and International Events

A European Works Council meeting with participants from five countries. An international congress with breakout sessions in several languages. A company training session for new employees from your Romanian or Moldovan offices. A bilateral negotiation where tone and precision matter just as much as the content itself.

“These are the kinds of settings where language arrangements should never be treated as an afterthought. They are also the kinds of assignments I regularly work on as a Romanian interpreter in Vienna.”

Simultaneous Interpreting

Suitable for conferences, larger meetings, European Works Councils and events where speakers need to continue without long interruptions.

Simultaneous interpreting allows participants to follow the discussion in their own language while the event keeps its natural pace.

Consecutive Interpreting

A good choice for negotiations, bilateral talks, smaller meetings, study visits and confidential appointments with direct exchange.

The speaker pauses at regular intervals, and the interpreter renders the message into the other language.

Remote Interpreting

Suitable for online meetings, virtual events and hybrid formats.

I work with a professional remote interpreting setup and have experience with Zoom, Webex, Kudo and other online conference platforms.

Portable Interpreting Equipment for Smaller Events

For smaller events, training sessions, study visits or workshops, you do not always need a large technical setup. On request, I can bring my own mobile simultaneous interpreting system and include it directly in the planning for your event.

This makes simultaneous interpreting possible even in more compact settings. It keeps organisation straightforward and, in many cases, offers a more cost-effective alternative to traditional booth and conference technology.

Do You Need Multiple Languages for Your Event?

Multilingual events often involve more moving parts than organisers expect at first: finding interpreters for each language, checking availability, deciding which interpreting format suits the event, clarifying technical requirements and, where needed, organising booths or mobile equipment.

You have enough to take care of already.

I coordinate interpreting teams for most European languages, advise on the complete language setup and take care of the practical details around logistics and technology, so you can focus on the event itself.

I know which interpreters are suited to which subject matter, what kind of equipment you actually need and where the setup can be kept lean.
